THE BREAKDOWN
START: 400M RUN
STATION 1: 100 x RAM Back Squats
Standard: Hips below or level with knees on each squat.
Weights: Men 20kg | Women 15kg
400M RUN
STATION 2: Burpees
Standard: Chest to floor, jump at top of each rep.
400M RUN
STATION 3: Ball Floor to Sky Jumps
Standard: Full extension overhead with jump.
Weights: Men 8kg | Women 4kg
400M RUN
STATION 4: 100 x RAM Lunge Walks
Standard: Knee must touch the floor on every step.
Weights: Men 20kg | Women 15kg
400M RUN
STATION 5: 100 x Single Arm Devil Press
Standard: Chest must contact the floor on every rep.
Weights: Men 20kg | Women 15kg
Scaled: Men 15kg | Women 12.5kg

STATION 6: 100 x Squat Thrusts
Standard: Knees to elbows, backside parallel to the ground.

STATION 7: 100 x Jack Press
Standard: Ball must touch chest, then move above head in one motion.
400M RUN
STATION 8: 100 x DB Floor to Sky (50 each side)
Standard: Touch floor, extend overhead. Full range.
Weights: Men 20kg | Women 15kg
Scaled: Men 15kg | Women 12.5kg

Standard: Chest to RAM, lift RAM overhead.
