Battle Strong Throw Bag incorporates the same technology as 2nd Generation Dual Ply Sandbags.

They are BUILT TO ENDURE and withstand SOME SERIOUS ABUSE.

Each bag has a built-in liner bag for added durability and convenience. A double sealing system means no need for any extra liners, tape or cable ties. Closed with a quality YKK zip and sealed with a strong Velcro flap for maximum hold and a secure, leak-free seal. The handle has been developed to provide maximum grip.

The bag is specifically designed for throwing but is also an excellent all round training tool.

You can replace or mimic many functional movements completed in daily workouts.

Simply fill with sand ( coarse grained / builders' works best) and you are good to go. You can also use a combination of meterials to reach your desired weight: rubber crumb, wood chips or bark. Our sandbags are heavy duty and able to withstand throws and drops, but they are not designed to be slammed.
